-No pets;
-No subletting will be tolerated (airbnb or other);
-The moving fees are the responsibility of the tenant;
-LESSEE will be responsible for paying any penalty due to
their failure to comply with the by-laws and declaration of
co-ownership;
-LESSEE will be responsible for paying any fees due to the
loss of any keys;
-Units must be delivered clean and ready upon occupation
and the unit must be returned in the same condition: this
