Bio

Martin Desjardins is a real estate broker specialized in the active Montreal homes and condos market. Described by his clients as professional, motivated and rigorous, he has been a broker with Sutton Group Immobilia since 2007, based in Outremont.

A fully bilingual native Montrealer, Martin also had stints in Toronto and Vancouver in his early years. This national diversity gives Martin an informed and broad perspective of of real estate across the country. After completing his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of British Columbia, he worked in Korea for three years as a teacher and consultant, getting actively involved in the local community by learning the language and setting up fundraising campaigns for a local orphanage.

When he returned to Montreal in 2005, Martin worked as a Consultant in Organizational Development before making the move to residential real estate in 2007. Since discovering his true calling and passion for real estate, Martin has grown his business to cover all of Montreal’s most desirable neighbourhoods, and expanded his team to include a number of real estate and marketing professionals.In the rare moments when Martin isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his active family, playing hockey, and taking part of the many lifestyle perks of living in Outremont.

  • Martin also regularly participates in continuing education programs in order to keep up with current industry legal regulations and standards with the OACIQ, the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board (GMREB) and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).
